Our Pick of the Week post this time is dedicated to Julie Anne's two endorsements:
Get Laud! and
Black Beauty. We originally just wanted to feature Get Laud's lovely mesh dresses but we realized that Japs also wore these dresses to her Black Beauty photo shoot. It's really nice to see that the brands that our baby girl supports, also support each other. So a double feature this is!
What we love about mesh dresses is that they are mixes of sexy and sweet, and pretty and playful. The mesh areas show off some skin without literally showing it. The colors and styles balance out the sexiness, and make the dresses character- and/or event-appropriate. The bandage dresses (first picture below) are perfect for night outs, the black one may even be used as far as for semi-formal events. The Nadie mesh dresses (second picture below), on the other hand, have flowy skirts that give a more romantic look, perfect for dates!
To look good doesn't equate to just picking the right clothes. Taking care of yourself, a good personal hygiene is very essential as well. Keep your locks well-maintained using Black Beauty's hair products. Our personal favorites are their Crystal shampoo and Silk conditioner. Just like Julie, we love the clean scent of the shampoo and the effective softening effect of the conditioner. Also, these products keep the hair strong so one can look good minus the fear of hair fall!
